for foreign training: When nominating police personnel for foreign training, based on organizational requirements, service specialization, seniority, experience, educational qualification, performance ability and efficiency, the committee formed under the chairmanship of the Additional Inspector General of Police of the Human Resource Development Department of the Police Headquarters recommends the name of the potential candidate to the Inspector General of Police. The Inspector General of Police will have to submit it to the Government of Nepal. In this way, while selecting for foreign training, among the eligible police personnel, the selection will be made in such a way that they will have equal opportunity to participate without discrimination.
